In the United States was featured in the 1997 edition of the Ernst Haas/Golden Light Award's TOP 100 World Photographers list and, in 2012, he exhibited at the George Eastman House in Rochester, (New York) the first and most important American museum dedicated to Photography and Cinema. In January 2016 he was invited as a Cultural Leader at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
