Franco Fontana (Modena, 1933) is a photographer famous for his linear framing, experiments in chromatic saturation since the 1970s, and some iconic series: nudes, asphalt, urban and natural landscapes. Fountain exhibited all over the world, in over four hundred exhibitions between collective and personal. His works are in over fifty museum collections around the world, including the International Museum of Photography "G. Eastman House" in Rochester, the Museum of Fine Arts of Boston, the Ludwig Museum in Cologne and the National Gallery in Beijing.
